We're expanding legal supports for sex workers and need your help!
In partnership with the Law Foundation of Ontario we're launching a new legal research program to meet the needs of sex workers in our community by identifying pressing local issues and expanding out supports. We're looking for community members with experience working in indoor settings (including but not limited to Escorts, Massage Workers, Fetish/BDSM Workers, Exotic Dancers,
Porn/Cam Performers). Please note we run an outdoor advisory committee for non-binary, trans and 2Sprit sex workers. Connect with our Project Manager for more information at the address below. For the Indoor Advisory Committee we are prioritizing:
📍 Nonbinary, trans + 2Spirit sex workers.
📍 Black and Indigenous POC.
📍 Low income communities.
📍 Migrant sex workers.
📍 Parents and caregivers.
📍 Sex workers with disabilities.
Indoor Advisory Committee members would be expected to attend monthly meetings and provide feedback through the duration of the project (January 2023). The time commitment is around 5/hours a month and all committee members receive a monthly honoraria of $150! Learn more about the indoor advisory committee and access the registration form through our Project Manager Jasbina Misir at email@example.com.
