We're working with Alicia Bunyan-Sampson to offer various group therapy options!

We're thrilled to team up with Alicia Bunyan-Sampson to offer a series of virtual, group therapy sessions for community members. The pandemic has shifted how we do our work, what connection looks like, and the different challenges associated with our industries, balancing work, life and interpersonal relationships. Register for sessions at this link!
Alicia will offer three distinct sessions for community members including an open group for current and former workers, a closed group dedicated to Black current and former workers and a text-based group that is no video/audio.

Have you found it is a struggle to develop; manage and sustain positive and supportive personal relationships? Have you had interpersonal conflicts in the industry or struggled with your mental health? Are you looking to build community; share experiences and have access to emotional support from others? If you answered "yes" to any of these our virtual therapy groups might be for you. These groups are spaces for SWers to connect through the sharing of thoughts; feelings and experiences.
