Come down to our All Sex Worker Drop-in this Friday March 3rd between 2:30 and 5pm at 19 Trinity Square for a workshop on Sex Work and the Law - part two of our two-part workshop series for International Sex Worker Rights Day!
This workshop will cover Canada's current criminal law system and sex work, the immigration system and sex work, cover important know your rights strategies when dealing with the police and arrest, discuss decriminalization and talk about efforts to challenge and decriminalize sex work law in Canada.
We are running our sex worker drop-in and dinner every Friday (except holidays) from 2:30PM to 5PM! This space will offer sex workers across the GTA the chance to come together to cook foodin a huge kitchen, sit down and eat with each other in a beautiful social space, and find support in community! Out of this space, we will also occasionally run workshops and other educational or political activities relevant to sex workers.
We have partnered with Holy Trinity on this project and have access to their gorgeous space to run our drop-in out of and their big kitchen to cook meals together!
