Our community clinics have reached more than 2,000 people, providing low-barrier settings to access vaccines without ID, proof of address, or appointments beforehand. Our low-barrier clinics are vital for sex workers, undocumented communities, communities living outdoors and others looking for vaccine + booster access who are unable to navigate the provincial rollout, book online, or provide documentation.
We're thrilled to partner with the University Health Network and Filmore's Gentlemen's Club to continue our series of strip club vaccine clinics. Join us Monday, December 27th from 8:00am - 3:30pm at Filmore's Gentlemen's Club (212 Dundas Street East) to receive COVID-19 booster shots. We'll be administering booster shots of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. No ID. No proof of address. No appointments required. Our nursing team has the capacity to enter vaccine information into the COVAX system for those looking to update their records and provide proof of vaccination + boosters for travel, work, educational or other purposes. We are deeply grateful to the nursing team at University Health Network for partnering with us on these clinics and continue to advocate for an end to the targeted stigma Mayor Tory and Premier Ford use against strip clubs, exotic dancers and sex workers more broadly through the pandemic. We are partners in public health strategies and stress that continued criminalization of our work, as well as increased stigma and shaming of our communities through the pandemic, only contributes to further violence against sex workers. Connect with us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 416-964-0150 with any questions about our clinic, programs and services.
